Most orders are processed within 5 days business days, with the exception of personalized items or if an item is listed on backorder. This processing time plus shipping time will determine your delivery date. If you have multiple items on your order, they may ship out separately.
You will be able to select which shipping method you wish to use. We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please provide a street address, we do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping is calculated by the weight of the product, your shipping destination and the delivery service you choose. Upgrading your delivery service will increase your price. Please note that if using a shipping service other than ground service, the processing times still apply. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees charged to us to redeliver the package.
For orders to Puerto Rico and Canada, we are unable to replace damaged pieces. We can issue a credit upon receipt of digital photos documenting the damage. On these shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico, please make sure you order a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.
Heat Safe Shipping
Heat Safe Shipping is currently required in all states. We cannot ship chocolates outside of the US during our Summer months.
Chocolates are shipped only via next day air or second-day air. We use heat-safe shipping boxes along with ice packs to keep your chocolates cool. We do not ship chocolates on Fridays to avoid the package sitting on a truck over the weekend. If it is particularly hot, you may want to contact us to make special arrangements for receiving your order.
Once your chocolates are mailed, you will receive a notification via email with the expected delivery date. Your expected delivery date may be different than the one on your invoice. We adjust the date to avoid the package sitting on a delivery truck over the weekend. It is very important that someone is at your shipping address to meet the driver for the arrival of your chocolates. You will have to sign for your chocolates. We will not be responsible for any chocolates that are unable to be delivered on the first attempt.
Once your chocolates have arrived, immediately place them in a cool, dry place.
If you are storing your chocolates for use at a later date, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated.
We use heat-safe shipping boxes and materials to keep your chocolate’s quality intact, following the guidelines above will help ensure the highest quality during warmer days.
