We want you to be happy with your purchase from us! Upon receiving your order, please inspect if carefully. If your package is damaged or you have a shortage, please call our customer care department at 1-702-550-8919 no later than 3 days of receiving your package. While we will happily cover replacement of the item(s) via the same shipping method as the original order, we are not responsible for covering expedited shipping costs for the replacements if your original order falls within 10 business days of your event date or if the replacement request comes more than 3 days after you have received your merchandise. Please save all packaging and paper work that arrived with your order

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. We do not accept returns of used, leftover or partial orders of favors.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of products. Returns must receive prior authorization, so please contact us for approval. We do not refund shipping charges. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost shipping returns. We recommend using a tracking number when returning your items.

Personalized items, all food items, or customized orders are not returnable unless damaged in shipping.

We will accept authorized and approved returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.  Due to our volume pricing policy, we cannot accept partial returns on favors (i.e. if you ordered 100 volume priced products, we cannot accept a return for 50 of them).   Returned merchandise must be received within 15 days from when the return approval was given. Returns received without authorization or that are received more than 15 days after the return authorization date may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, credit will be issued within 10-15 business days. You will then receive an email notification with the total credit.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shoe Returns- All return or exchange requests for shoes must be made within 15 days of receipt for return authorization. Shoe returns or exchanges will be subject to a 20% per pair restocking fee. Soiled, worn or dyed items are not returnable or exchangeable. Items are considered soiled if they are dirty, marked, or unable to be resold. All shoes should be test fitted with stockings on to avoid toe marks. If your shoes are received back with toe marks no refund or exchange will be given. Shoes must be re-packaged in a protective corrugated box and returned back as they were received. Shoes must be sent with freight prepaid. The return of your merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost. Discontinued items and dyed items are non-returnable. Please understand colors may vary slightly due to fabric and lighting variations. It is always best to send a swatch from the dress to be matched and advise which side to match the color to. All shoes will be dyed to inside light unless otherwise specified. Most shoes dyed to outside light will not match inside. Note: Because of fabric dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee an exact match.
